Eligibility
Eligibility is based on household size and gross annual household income. For current income limits and maximum allowed rents, use the Housing Navigator buttons above. The minimum income requirement does not apply to households applying with a housing voucher. Housing Choice Vouchers are encouraged to apply.
Program & AMI: multiple programs (e.g., 60% and 30% AMI at III); confirm AMI level(s) per building on Housing Navigator.
Utilities
- A Utility allowance for the following will be calculated into your Rent: electricity, gas, and water/sewer (as applicable by building, apartment, and program).

- Apartments include FHAcompliant features for persons with disabilities.
- Residents are responsible for utilities, phone, and cable, as applicable by home.
- No additional mandatory monthly fees beyond rent are charged. Optional services (e.g., parking, pet, storage) may have separate fees.
